NOVASEN Secure a Fiscal Sponsor

Proposal:

Members doing administrative work in NOVASEN find a "fiscal sponsor" in the next six months to support our efforts of effectively fundraising and democratically managing resources, without having to expend undue resources on forming and maintaining a formal entity such as a nonprofit.

Even VA SEN is not incorporated, but in NOVASEN, for us to raise funds and allocate resources democratically using the sociocracy practices we have been learning, we either need to form a formal entity to open a NOVASEN bank account, or find a fiscal sponsor, through which we would have access to such infrastructure as we raise money and allocate our resources collectively.

It is unclear to me if US SEN is a formal entity and can serve as a fiscal sponsor, but if it is, that would be my first suggestion where we seek a fiscal sponsorship. Otherwise, there are others that support groups like ours.
