This is the regular biweekly community meeting for NOVASEN members and friends. In-person meetings take place in the basement at 1305 N Jackson St, Arlington, VA 22201. There are often volunteers from the tech team who are able to provide a Jitsi hybrid option for in-person meetings for those who want to attend but can't make it in person. Every other meeting is online by default. The baseline meeting starts with a welcome from the facilitator and a volunteer to take notes. The baseline agenda includes:

    I. Check-in Round (How are you doing? Can you stay 'til the end of the meeting?)

II. Reports Round (SEN work recently, current work, and any blockers)

III. Decide on facilitator for the next meeting (by rotation)

The facilitator or team lead will usually send out a draft of the working agenda ahead of the meeting, and if members want to add items to the agenda, just propose them in a comment on this event, send a text in the Signal group chat, or write an email with the suggestion and send to the team lead or the meeting facilitator. The running notes can be accessed on the May First Next Cloud at https://share.mayfirst.org/f/41634960 for all NOVASEN members. If you do not have access, please contact someone on the tech team and let them know.
