The Proposal decision-making process in NOVASEN follows the consent process in "sociocracy" - that is, once a member makes a concrete Proposal, there is a round for any questions, then a round for consent or objections. Objections when someone sees a reason why the Proposal is not good enough for now or safe enough to try, with respect to the group's specific aims. That is why obejctions are taken into consideration as quickly as possible to revise the Proposal accordingly. Then there can be a continuation of the consent process, until there is consent among the group. If you are not familiar yet with this process, please go through this 75-minute primer course on sociocracy to learn how NOVASEN functions: https://sociocracyprimer.sutra.co/space/vxjpl9/content
The first week is the Questions round. In the first week, please ask any clarifying questions about the proposal in comments. Those who made the Proposal then clarify with answers to your question comments during the Questions round.
The second week of each Proposal's decision-making process is the consent/object round. In the second week, you may either cast a consent vote or object in a comment. If you object, explain the objection in a comment.
The objection will then be immediately considered so the Proposal can be revised to account for it. Please then cast your consent vote once you consent that the revised Proposal is good enough for now and safe enough to try.
